Congress of Vienna (sep 1, 1814 – jun 1, 1815)

Description:

Cause: The first assembly that was made to help Europe after all of the wars fought by Napoleon, it was reunited right after Napoleon abdicated and it was the direct cause of the Congress.
Effect: It caused a lot of new decisions to be made, and especially a lot of new borders to be drawn in the region, and land being returned to other countries.
