In September 2015, the Nintendo Wii U forum known as <a href="http://www.wiiuiso.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">WIIU ISO</a> was hacked and 458k accounts were exposed. Along with email and IP addresses, the vBulletin forum also exposed salted MD5 password hashes.
