Cutting Cycle (mar 1, 2019 – jul 5, 2019)
Description:
By this time the client has built strong habits and discipline as well as being physically primed to take full advantage of a cutting cycle. This is where it's time to get serious. We will start measuring and weighing the food more stringently. Training will take on a bit more volume as the weeks go by. Cardio will be increased as necessary determined by information presented at the client check-ins.
