Great Grandmother (jan 1, 1918 – jan 19, 2021)

My father’s side of the family is not the closest to me internally, although they do live in L.A. One memory that I have in L.A., specifically San Dimas, is visiting my great grandmother, (this next part is going to be funny, but the weirdest thing in the world) rubbing her ears, remembering to rub gently. I admired her for the long life that she had, around 101 years of life. When I think of her, I think about her laugh, that laugh that has been heard so many times. I always wanted to ask her questions about her life, but she was unable to speak with ease the first time that I met her.
