Rule of Edward VI (jan 28, 1547 – jul 6, 1553)
Description:
Edward VI was the son of Henry VI and Jane Seymour, He was only ten when he was named as king, so Edward Seymour acted as regent. During his reign, the Act of Uniformity and the Second Act of Uniformity were passed, and Henry's six articles and laws against Protestant heresy were repealed. He died as a teenager, and Mary I succeeded him.
