Description:

Following the death of Vanessa Fisk, a power vacuum in the Organized Crime World of New York opened up. Richard "The Rose" Fisk attempts to maintain Fisk control, but is betrayed when Leland "The Owl" Owlsley breaks off to form his own enterprise; Lonnie "Tombstone" Lincoln leads the Harlem Gang; Odessa Drake leads the Thieves' Guild; Mr. Negative lead the Silver Fang; Steven Levins lead whom he dubbed The Skeleton Crew; and Maya Lopez leading teh Track Suit mafia.
