Herbert Marshall McLuhan (July 21, 1911 – December 31, 1980) was a Canadian professor, philosopher, and public intellectual. His work is one of the cornerstones of the study of media theory.McLuhan's text is about the developments in technology, the implosion of time and space/compression.
The medium is the message: which means that the content of the medium itself doesnt change, it will be the same in any message, which will be shared over again. It creates a symbiotic relationship by which the medium influences how the message is perceived.
