Description:
It was discovered that Cuba was constructing missile silos in 1962. Because Cuba was a communist country, they were receiving support from the Soviet Union. Soviet ships loaded with nuclear warheads began moving towards Cuba. The US Navy blocked the Soviet ships from their destination.
