Kiegon brings back the Paper Army as the Neo-Paper Army (NPA) for the Nerf War.As of March 31st, Kiegon has left the NPA as well as the War altogether for unknown reasons.
On April 6th, Oliver (the last leader/member of the NPA) left for good, ending the reign of the Neo-Paper Army.
