Woodstock was a three day music event that took place in Bethel, New York. It was three days of rock 'n' roll, peace, hippies, and love. Originally there were 186,000 tickets sold, and there was not expected to be over 200,000 people there. But, eventually the gates were opened to everyone, for free.
