Description:
- Company became a subordinate department under the state ---> Company's territories in India were called British Possessions
- Board of Control(BOC) consisting of Chancellor of Exchequer, Secretary of State, and 4 members of Privy Council (appointed by Crown) ---> System of Dual government being established i.e BOC and BOD
- The GG council will have 3 members including the commander-in-chief
- Subordination of presidencies of Bombay and Madras under GG
- A general prohibition was placed on aggressive wars and treaties
