- Company became a subordinate department under the state ****Company's territories in India were called British Possessions****
- System of Dual government being established i.e BOC(central government) and COD(East India Company)
*** Board of Control(BOC) consisting of the Chancellor of Exchequer, Secretary of State, and 4 members of the Privy Council (appointed by the Crown)****
- The GG council will have 3 members including the Commander-in-Chief
- Subordination of presidencies of Bombay and Madras under GG
- A general prohibition was placed on aggressive wars and treaties
