Description:
The constitution was written over 200 years ago, it rules and principles still guide the country today. The constitution is separated into 3 parts so the American people can understand it better. The preamble starts with the words “We the people” showing that the authority of the constitution is based on the people. The powers executive, legislative and judicial all keep each other in line and doesn’t let any branch of government have too much power.
