Gustav Holst (jan 1, 1874 – jan 1, 1934)
Description:
Most well known for his most famous masterpiece - The Planets, Holst was an English composer who actually suffered from neuritis at a young age (Left hand), which wasn't ideal for playing instruments, especially the piano. Holst's music genre generally stays in the common European bracket, he often transcended this boundary continuously, making his compositions really stand out from the crowd. He also often gains inspiration from traditional folk musics, infusing them with nostalgia for himself.
