Andrew keeps William alive in order to exact his revenge on him. William's body is kept in Heracles Hospital but his mind is tortured in a sort of purgatory state. William remains semi-aware of the world but is mostly stuck in Andrew's repeating hell. (jun 7, 2023 – nov 1, 2024)
