Tet Offensive (jan 30, 1968 – sep 23, 1968)

Description:

The Tet Offensive was the biggest military operation in the Vietnam War by the Viet Cong against South Vietnam and the United States. It was a surprise attack taking over many cities, towns and even the southern capital. Even though this happened swiftly, the Southern/USA troops were able to regroup and quickly take back the cities lost.
