Description:
Built a telescope for concrete proof of Heliocentric Theory- observed sunspots
- proved that the Earth rotates on its axis
- discovered that the moons of Jupiter revolve around the planet (helped disprove Geocentric Theory by showing that not everything revolves around the Earth)
Proved mathematically that without air friction, all objects fall at the same speed regardless of their weight
