Operation Overlord/ D-Day (jun 6, 1944 – aug 25, 1944)
Description:
Before Operation Overlord Germany had invaded France was trying to take over all of Europe including Britain. To stop this Britain, America, Canada and France attacked Germany and bombed their railroads, bridges and airfields. They gained an victory and this became the turning point in WWII in Europe.
