Description:

After successfully replacing him, the body double of Di-Jun Wang quietly assumed the position of Zheng Fa President, but was a paranoid shell of the real Wang. "Wang" went on to serve an additional two terms as President of Zheng Fa despite growing disapproval from the population. House Lang, the trusted protector of Zheng Fa's president for generations, was disgraced and discredited until their reputation was crippled. Zheng Fa also suffered a national economy crisis, a large part due to the distribution of counterfeit currency by a widespread international smuggling ring.

Fifi Laguarde stood trial as an accomplice in the "kidnapping" since her orphanage was the scene of the crime, but Excelcius Winner prosecuted the trial with the intention to cover for her and himself. Winner used the forged evidence and dirty tactics to sway the trial into a Not Guilty for Laguarde, and the pair walked away looking innocent.

Winner eventually stepped down from the Chief Prosecutor position, but went on to become the Chairman of the Committee of Prosecutorial Excellence, an organization dedicated to investigating corruption in the Prosecutor's Office. He also arranged for Laguarde to become the warden of Central Prison after the Happy Family Home was demolished for the Bigg Building's construction, the same location where Wang was buried.
