Description:

Murder of Manny Coachen and Ka-Shi Nou by Quercus Alba. Two counts of arson committed by Shih-Na.

- The Kingdom of Allebahst and Republic of Babahl were hosting an assembly at the split embassy in honor of their reunification. Many noteworthy figures were in attendance, including Babalh Ambassador Colias Paeleano and Allebahst Ambassador Quercus Alba.

- Two stageplays were performed in the Theatrum Neutralis, one involving the Steel Samurai and the other involving the Jammin' Ninja, in honor of Cohdopia's reunification.

- During the assembly, two fires broke out in the Babahl embassy. The first fire singed floors four & five and the second fire ruined the third floor. The first fire was set to create a smuggling route between the nations via the bisymmetric reservoir meant to move Manny Coachen's body from Allebahst to Babahl. The second fire was set to destroy evidence of the Smuggling Ring's counterfeit Zheng Fa bills.
