- Kristoph Gavin forged a piece of evidence with the intention of using it to reach a not-guilty verdict, before arranging for Phoenix to use it and subsequently be disbarred.
- The case went unsolved due to Zak Gramarye fleeing from the courthouse and becoming a fugitive, abandoning his daughter Trucy Enigmar.
