Description:

He took great interest in his country's well being. He was very involved when it comes to diplomatic affairs with other nations. So, when the British came, he did not want to lose the resources for nothing. He prevented the British from colonizing by passing a law that protected all of the country's resources from outside powers. He armed the shorelines so that any threats to their nation's sea ports would be stopped before it could get any closer.
