During the Chicano Art Movement, Mexican-American artists from different and alike backgrounds brought a period of art portraying a sense of artistic identity into Los Angeles history. Art by the artists are often inspired by the Chicano movements and showcased connections within the Chicano space and the artist circle in Los Angeles since the 1970s.K.T
