Description:
Her Grandmother’s house was located in Watts, California, the area was redlined. Which means the neighborhood consisted of “undesirable populations” such as Asian, Jewish, Latino, and black families. So, numerous areas in Los Angeles were considered “Hazardous.” This was during the time White families moved out of central Los Angeles and started planting crack in these neighborhoods.S.B.
