Arrival of Cuban Children (jan 1, 1960 – jan 1, 1962)

Description:

After Operation Peter Pan, thousands of children were left parentless and were first being placed in camps mostly in Miami and later in foster homes. The conditions in these facilities were often poor and children stayed for long periods while families were back in Cuba.
