There is debate over the true time the Celts arrived in England but it is commonly accepted to be the sixth century BCE and they controlled england until 43CECeltic tribes didn’t arrive all at once in Britain, they came separately and over a long period of time until they controlled a majority of the population.
There are mentions of a leader or war hero of the Celts but no name is given until 56BC when it is mentioned that Vercingetorix combined all the Celtic tribes to fight as one against the roman empire.
