Cyrus the Achaemenid (reign) (mar 1, 558 BC – feb 28, 530 BC)

Description:

Came from a mountain in Iran.

Also known as "Cyrus the Shepherd" which seems like a cool name to me but apparently it wasn't. I think it was meant to make fun of the fact he came from a mountain? Idk.

Anyway he started the whole Achaemenid Empire/Persian Empires thing.

He was an awesome military strategist and both founded and began the expansion of the Achaemenid Empire (which was named after his mountain clan, the Achaemenids. Who's the Shepherd now huh)
