Description:
- Largely conservative octobrists, liberal Kadets, and the Trudoviks- SRs and factions of the RSDLP boycotted the election
- Made too many radical demands so they got shut down by Nicholas
- Creation of universal suffrage
- Land reform
- Freedom for political prisoners
