Description:
Mary Wollstonecraft, an English woman, was brought up in a middle-class household until her father recklessly spent away their fortune, which resulted in their descent into poverty. Despite the circumstances, she was able to acquire the skills of reading and writing, which empowered her to write two books - "A Vindication of the Rights of Women" and "Thoughts on the Education of Daughters".
