John Locke (aug 29, 1632 – oct 28, 1704)
Description:
John Locke was a philosopher and political theorist who began to think about life and society. He created a phrase, "Life, LIberty, and Property": natural rights that everyone is born with which cannot be taken away by anyone (though realistically it was only true for free men). John Locke's ideas had influenced the English Bill of Rights which had changed the amount of power that Kings and Queens had.
