Description:
Encouraged 2000 mainly noble/middle-class men and women to travel to the countryside to utilise peasant discontent. Failed due to loyalty and scepticism of the peasants. 80% were arrested. Tried again in 76 and they were put on show trial 77-78. But did spread some radicalisation.Added to timeline:
