Description:

- Execution of the King
= Conditions in France prior to the execution
: war with Austria and Prussia (the King and Queen tried to escape. Many Political prisoners in Paris (Nobles). Revolutionaries Believe the Prussians and Austrians want to remove the Nobles from prisons, so they just kill them.
*September Massacre (1600 killed)

- Justification
= they believed that he was a trader

*National Convention
= Committee of public Safety
- Groups like this made up the Jacobins (Dominated Republice and wanted to remove enomies)
