Slave Economics (jan 1, 1619 – jan 1, 1863)

Description:

While slavery is morally twisted and a horrendous practice, it actually made sense economically for a America, a new country trying to become successful. Because slave labor was free and normal labor is expensive, using slaves became a sure way for a company to make a profit. So, until the slave economy collapsed as it was bound to do, slavery bolstered the economy.
