Description:
mutually aid societies were created specifically in the Decoto area in which were meant to help members in their community in times of need. One mutual aid society was created for the Mexican community. The bracero program La Commission Honorifica Mexicana aided many because of the influx of workers of Mexican descent in the 1940’s moving to the Decoto area.Added to timeline:
