Xenophanes of Colophon (jan 1, 570 BC – jan 1, 478 BC)
Description:
Criticized the idea of anthropomorphic gods and was a critic of traditional Greek values. Sought explanations for physical phenomena without references to divine or mythological explanations, but instead based on first principles. Probably the first monist and said the One was god.
