Description:
Amaziah spent loads of money on men from Israel during his reign. He then dismissed the Israelite warriors after a prophet told him to send them back. Amaziah did what was right in the eyes of the Lord but he took the example of his father Joash.2 kings 14: 3
He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, but not as his father David had done. In everything he followed the example of his father Joash.
