Brown v. Board of Educaiton (dec 21, 1953 – jun 2, 1954)
Description:
The justices ruled unanimously that racial segregation of children in public schools was unconstitutional. Separate but equal meant racially segregated but ostensibly. It signaled the end of legalized racial segregation in the schools of the united States.
