Point by which eyewitnesses would be dead (jan 1, 70 – dec 31, 70)

Description:

According to Wikipedia, the life expectancy for most people who lived to age 10 in ancient Rome was about 45-50 years. Those that lived to age 15 could expect to live to 48–54. Those that lived into their 40s could expect to reach 60.

Given that the apostles had survived childhood, it is likely that they would have had a lifespan of 50-60. Assuming the apostles were around Jesus' age at the time of his death (in their 30s), they would have likely died naturally by around 60 AD. (If they died a natural death)

I am going to assume someone would have to be at least age 10 around 30 AD to in order to be a competent and reliable eyewitness to Jesus' death. Someone who survived to age 10 was likely to have a lifespan of around 50 years on average. This means that any other eyewitness would have most likely died by 70 AD.
