Jãškèm Chosínírèv Ulekits was called "Am Sial" or "The Sial" which was a Ksteki tribal title that meant, "The First Son of". However, "Am Sial" entered into the Duyav-Oipientian dialect during the reign of King Jãškèm Am Sial and its meaning was altered to "The son of" and became part of Duyav naming tradition.King Jãškèm Am Sial was killed by his Prime Minister, Ètsíl sial-Javiknírèv Dehir-Ermek, who decided to usurp the throne from him
