Evidence suggests Johnny Depp left the ECB on his return from The Island. It maybe the case that he made occasional visits to Amber Heard at the ECB but those appear to have been by arrangement rather than as a home he could or wanted to return to as and when he pleased.

Johnny stayed at his home in West Hollywood located on North Sweetzer Avenue.

It does appear from the number of audio recordings in this period that the two had frequent contact and did attend some events together especially when they had benefit to Amber Heard defence in Australia.
