Description:
James I - Start of the Stuart line, did not abolish the episcopal system, did not cooperate with Parliament, believed in divine right
Charles I - Reneging of the Petition of Right, unique methods of obtaining money without calling Parliament (ship money), thought to be a Catholic supporter, calling and split of Long Parliament starts the Civil War
Cromwell - Led the ECW for the Roundheads (vs Cavaliers), attempted a republic but resulted in a military dictatorship, people unhappy and willing to accept a new king again

Charles II - Sympthasizer with Catholics and other Protestants (vs Anglicans and Presbyterian), passed the Declaration of Indulgence (dismissed by Test Act)
James II - Issued a new Declaration of Indulgence, Catholic son meant the people wanted change now
Glorious Rev - Orangists William III and wife allowed to rule over England, strengthens bond between Netherlands (United Provinces) and England
