World War IV (jan 1, 1952 – jan 1, 1957)
Description:
The United States was drawn into a war against Japan over a dispute in the Philippines, leading to a massive campaign across the Pacific Ocean. Meanwhile, several British and French colonies rose up (most notably India and Indonesia), with the US taking the time to aid them and go after nearby territories in the Caribbean and Canada. The war ended in a stalemate, with the Japanese unconditionally surrendering after nuclear bombs were used for the first time on them and the British and French (now known as the State of Paneuropa) agreed to put an end to the war or face a fate similar to Japan.
