Description:
Johannes Kepler was Brahe's assistant that became a notable scientists in his own right. He believed a planet's orbit was elliptical rather than circular, planets did not move at the same speed, and the time it takes for a planets orbit is dependent of the distance from the sun. He had a revolutionary impact and destroyed the ideas of Aristotle and Ptolomey. His Rudolphine Tables were used for many years.
