Description:
The Siege of Fort Vincennes was a battle and seige in, you guessed it, Vincennes, Indiana (in present day Knox County). The battle was won by a Patriot Militia led by American commander George Rodgers Clark. The fort was surrendered to the militia by British military leader Henry Hamilton.Added to timeline:
