Description:
He is the one who led the research in The Hawthorne Studies. His research continued untill 1932. He was forced to end the study, due to the worsening economic conditions caused by the depression. These studies contributed to the emergence of the human relations movement which influenced the way management was perceived during the 1950s and 60s.Added to timeline:
