The Dawes plan (aug 16, 1924 – jan 1, 1928)
Description:
This was a plan to help Germany's economic collapse by loaning them money, bassially the Americans would lend the germans money which they would give to france and then the French would give the money back to the US and the US in time would receive more money from the Germans as well.
