Urquiza (apr 6, 1852 – mar 5, 1860)

Description:

Justo José de Urquiza, ruled as Governor of Entre Ríos, in charge of the Foreign Relations.
Then, since May 31st 1852, after the Agreement of San Nicolás, as Provisional Director of the Confederation.
After the sanction of the constitution, it was established the charge of President, elected by elections every 6 years. After some indirect elections, he started ruling as President since March 5th 1854
