There is much known about this period and all the events would not fit in this description. This period represents the height of the Egyptian kingdoms' powers. They conquered the Levant and had diplomatic relationships with much of the bronze age world. This rulers at the end of this period beat back the Sea Peoples but were unable to avoid the eventual collapse of bronze age trade systems.Added to timeline:
