Description:
Originally Siddhartha Guatama, this Indian philosopher and founder of Buddhism began preaching of supreme enlightenment at age 35. He is known for formulating and teaching the doctrine of "four noble truths," "chain of causation," "Eightfold Path," and "nirvana".
