Industrialization (nov 27, 1700 – mar 30, 1900)
Description:
Consumer prices were fewer due to mass production, the standard of living rose, and the working class became a bigger group who worked in factories and mines. There was also a lot of urbanization, as people from the countryside moved into the cities to work. Overcrowded living conditions fostered disease, and a new "middle" class emerged.
