Description:
19th-century philosopher Karl Marx developed socialist ideas and aimed to change the structure of the workplace. He wrote the Communist Manifesto and explained that he thought that the bourgeoisie exploited the working class. In 1917, a Marxist took over Russia and made it the first communist state. After WWII, many countries, including China and Vientnam, adopted this ideaology as well.
